About
MyPhilo is created by two inspired people, Chrysoula and George, who serve with love and respect the value of business. Each with experience in multiple industries, business types and functions and with specialized knowledge in the management of people and systems in the fields of Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation and Shipping, they combined their strengths, their passion and their creative spirit, envisioned change and created MyPhilo. George and Chrysoula work with determination and bring their experience and network to help companies and organizations active in Hospitality and Yachting to achieve their goals with care beyond business. They are both inspired by the potential for sustainable businesses led by generous leaders. Chrysoula and George empower leaders to act with consistency, integrity and honesty and in partnering with their clients they aim to build a better future.
MyPhilo Founders
Chrysoula V . Patrikiou is a Human Capital Architect. Since 2000, she has successfully performed a considerable professional activity in multinational and multicultural work environments in Greece and abroad. Chrysoula served the Civil Aviation industry for 15 years as a Quality Auditor, Profiler, Security Instructor and Operation Manager in numerous International Airports based in 17 European countries. She is a highly competent Business Executive with extensive knowledge of aspects of human behavior and a heavy track record in Human Capital Management. She holds a degree in Business and Organizational Management (BSc) and has a significant experience in the design, development and implementation of Training Programs and Quality Standards. Chrysoula is a capable professional with integrated soft and hard skills in analyzing and developing systems that lead to effective strategies and sustainable businesses. Ιn 2018, she took her first entrepreneurial step and established Potentia World– a Holistic Consulting Enterprise focused in the Shipping Industry. With her strong vision and a powerful mission “To unleash the power of people,” she designed along with her team various innovative projects and managed within a short time to bring forth a new era in the maritime world. Always leading by example, Chrysoula has inspired and motivated shipping companies and organizations to invest in the human factor and focus on the holistic (spiritual, mental and physical) empowerment of people serving global shipping; from students of Merchant Marine Academies to Seafarers and Shipping Executives. Potentia World has been a significant personal and professional milestone in her life path that moved her forward taking over new challenges. By the end of 2022, Chrysoula had invested in three new ventures expanding her business activity in other sectors; she joined Valcon Group -Business Data & Technology Consulting Firm as a Partner-Advisor Corporate Sustainability & Organizational Culture, she established CVP Human Capital Consulting Enterprise and she became Co-Founder of MYPHILO Hospitality & Yachting consulting services. Chrysoula is driven by her faith and trust in the human power of organizations, teams, and individuals. She is inspired by people and thus creates and designs solutions that serve people. Furthermore, her global perspective has shaped her ability to empathize and respond to any personality, communication style and leadership challenge. Chrysoula truly believes that “no other investment yields as great a return as the investment in human capital; inspired and motivated people are the foundation of every community and the future of every economy.”
George Lyras studied Economics at the University of Piraeus and holds an M.Sc. in Logistics Management from Cranfield University- United Kingdom and a Diploma in Training and Development from Thames Valley University-United Kingdom. In his 35 years of professional activity, he has been a senior and top executive in multinational companies in the Food & Beverage industry, Retail, Franchising and Hospitality based in Greece and abroad. During this professional activity, there have been notable milestone-roles that matured his work experience and developed his professional identity, including the following: Retail Development & Technical Operations Director Goody’s SA/Everest SA Greece Group of companies, Managing Director Hellenic Food Investments S.A./Goody’s/ Vivartia Greece, General Manager Katselis Holding S.A, Retail Manager Multirama – Germanos Group, Sales Manager AB Vassilopoulos S/M (Delhaize le lion) Greece, Product Manager & Marketing Intelligence/Info Manager Athenian Brewery (Heineken N.V.) Greece, New Business Development Manager, Delta S.A. Dairy Company. George contributed significantly to the development of new business activities of the companies he cooperated with as an executive and to the launch of new concepts, products and innovative applications. For 10 years, he has served as an executive member of the Board of the Franchise Association of Greece (Franchise Association Management Committee). He is a certified trainer specializing in Business Development, Retail Operations, Sales and Logistics. In 2021, after numerous both business and pleasure trips to 5 continents and more than 70 countries, George chose to invest in a new challenge driven and inspired by a powerful vision; he founded the company EvexiaTales Live-Travel-Experience offering life-long travelers authentic hospitality and wellness experience, while in December 2022 he became the co-founder of MYPHILO, a project that remodels the concept of ‘customer care services’ provided in the hospitality and yachting industry. Faithful to his passion for the establishment and development of sustainable businesses and having over time gained the respect and trust of the market with his abilities, George continues to offer consulting services for the management and development of businesses in various sectors both in Greece and abroad.
